The Celebration!

I’m such a slacker! lol This post supposed to be due yesterday! So, I had a wonderful b-day! Aside from the IRL friends called and my Mom who called me at 6am and my 2 Albert’s who gave me flowers at the stroke of 12am, I had lots of emails from my digital friends:) Thank you all who remember me:) And for all those beautiful cards you made for me. It was very touchy;) How awesome!

{The Dinner}

How come that we ate again at Outback? lol Yes, we did! But before that I had a tummy ache because we tried some sushi at this sushi bar and I almost puke! lol Thank goodness, it was over right before we got for our main dinner! So, same old foods..steak and pastas..but the stuff sang a birthday song for me and offered a cute cake:) That was a great time..just the 3 of us,again…

{The Birthday Gift}

Hubby got me a Burberry and Anna Sui handkerchief’s this Christmas! lol Because he knew how crazy I am with those cuties and since I collect them. He figured it would add to my collection:) And since he always does that kind of gift every Christmas I sure know he got me a really something nice for my birthday;) Ok, can I just brag a little or more? I posted a pic of me right before we went out to dinner last Thursday here. Check that cutie thingy in my ears! lol Diamond is girls bestfriend, after all:)

I just want to THANK YOU all who came, left love,lurk(lol) and visited me! This is the first time I got 26 comments in a single entry of my dear bloggy! lol It was pretty overwhelming actually! Our Christmas 2006!

Was all simple! Yet memorable and amazing since I got what I asked for:) Being with my 2 Albert’s,that is! I hope you all had a fabulous Christmas too!

As most of you know, Christmas in Japan is quite different from Christmas celebrated in most countries specially from my home country. Since the major religion is Buddhism and Shinto. So,Christmas here is much more commercial event. You don’t see Christmas decorations on houses/apartments. And December 25 is not even a holiday! Sad if you are a gaijin{foreigner/literally means outsider} like us. But I am used to it though…But we had a fabulous time for a family of 3 after all
Anyway,back to our celebration.

December 24th- I slept too late again last 23 so obviously wake up late. DH was up earlier and he take care with Al’s brunch. I was happy when I saw him in the kitchen..lol I just love days like that…I double checked if the dinner to Outback was already booked. He was soo ready for the day and got to plan ahead on our sched! So,took a shower and the 3 of us was all set for our dinner to Outback! We got there around 7pm exactly. There were too many people around. But glad we had a table reserved. DH ordered his fave, Ribs On The Barbie. I got this Homemade Meat Sauce Spaghetti and Al got this Kookaburra Chicken Fingers. He actually like it and ate the whole bunch of them..lol And got this yummy,Chocolate Thunder From Down Under! We actually had a great dinner. I love it when DH and I have time to talk seriously about anything..Al was kinda behave because he was playing with his PSP. Always wonderful to just bond:) So, we were off around 9pm. Al was soo tired and he want his Daddy to carry for him..lol And then when we arrived. Wanted to have a family photo..Al is acting up already because he was so sleepy but I asked him that he can’t sleep because Santa is coming..So, he stayed for awhile and so we got some pretty photos..:) At the stroke of 12am. DH surprised me with a little something! Nothing fancy but I love it when he remembers..And then Al received what he asked for! He was squealing and shouting with joy!!!! A new game card for his PSP and other new toys! I actually forget the book he’s asking so, he asked right at the spot if Santa forget the book! lol I said, he will go back in New Year for the other gifts:) haha..And then DH got my gift which he loves..Took some pics, watch movie and then that was it! Slept too late again and called our family back home! Pretty simple actually but I love our Christmas 2006!

December 25- Oh..I am not finish yet..lol And then 25 came! We never got to Disney because we wake up around 3pm..lol So, we managed to just stay in the house. I know,lame but we just live around the place so we will go back there later.. I prepared foods for our dinner. And then took some pics..:) That was it though…

So, overall it was a wonderful Christmas celebration for a family of 3! Okey,thanks for reading! It was a long post! lol {Another things}

So, I will be 28 in 2 days! Ugh! lol Getting old but loving it:) hehe Dh and I don’t have anything planned yet. Except for the Osaka/Kyoto thing. But I don’t know..We might have another dinner somewhere else or who knows..Dh will be in vacation from 28 to January 9. So, we have a lot of time to spend! Not sure yet but let see:)

And also, I will be having a RAK for my birthday! Watch out for that!

I still have a lot to say but I will just do it in my next entry:)TTFN!!!

5 Days More to go..

..for Christmas,that is!!!And I miss home! Christmas in my home country is really different;) And I will be missing my family back home and relatives but oh well..I have my 2 Albert’s here! With that, we will celebrate that day in the chilly Disneyland and Disney Sea!!! lol I’m sure I can get pretty much of pics..Hopefully,it will not rain! And we are thinking of going to Osaka/Kyoto after. No tentative date yet since my birthday is 3 days after Christmas day and I am still considering to just stay in the house but DH wants us to have a little travel for the holiday and specially for my birthday! Let see..;)

Today, we went out with my little man and went shopping! hehe I wanted another winter gap pants and long-sleeves for Al so, I snagged those cuties today since its perfect for the Christmas Day. It’s red so it’s all good for him! I also got a good discount in Eddie Bauer and got big Albert a cashmere a color red..kind of pricey but it’s perfect for the photo shoot I’m thinking of doing this 24th. Now, I don’t have anything in mind what to wear! I was checking gap,Eddie Bauer and CK. And I can’t find a good one for me. But I will go to Shinjuku this Saturday and will see what I can find in Takashimaya…DH called this morning from work and asked me if there was a packaged arrived in the apartment already? Hmmm..I don’t know what was it but I’m sure it’s a little something for me too..lol But why too early? He said, he ordered books….strange,huh!

I never thought they actually saw my work! I mean, the work of their creative teams there are just mind blowing! Really, and Catrine asked me! Well, I’m humbled and already downloaded half of the site! LOL Some are already used and I am just amazed with the talent of this 3 designers Catrine,Ida and Syrin! WOW! And thank you for the opportunity! I can’t wait for January and February! And I still have other news..hehe but I’m sure it can wait! I’m holding my breath for that still!

So, it’s 2am{monday} here!

LOL..And I am still up!

I have to tell you that Little Al is back with his habit of sleeping too late. I mean, as in late. He just slept and I have to let him have another slice of apple pie before going to bed! Ugh…And I took some pics of him the other day and I was amazed how he grow up so fast. I told him that he’s much cuter than he was 2 yrs old. He then answered me, “But you still love me,right? “! My little man, is growing up so fast!

My weekend, was all good! Though I spent the whole Saturday cleaning the bedrooms. I was arranging Little Al’s winter clothes. And I check on under the bed and saw some of his clothes which is supposed to be put in for laundry! lol And some toys scattered all around. And oh, he just told me this morning that he doesn’t like to wear socks anymore! omg! And then, I changed the curtains for the 2 rooms and then managed to arranged my closet as well! I’m still not finished but I’m getting there! I just hope I can do that before the New Year! There’s soo much to sort out..Piles of clothes,bags and shoes..ugh..

And then Sunday came, we went to Akihabara! DH bought another puter with super cool wide flat-screen,again.. Well, I’m not surprised! Now, another puter for our small apartment! And then, I went shopping for gifts. I already finished doing that but I had a few ones that I almost forgot…And we had a supper in this Italian Resto. It’s DH’s fave so went ahead and stuff up. I really have to double time with my work out after this holiday season..hehe

In scrappy news, I’m holding out my breath for a few exciting things I wanted to share! lol But watch out for the opening of the new store of this awesome girls Amy and Tali. It will be sometime next week! You really don’t want to miss that. And I wanted to thank Gina, yep, Gina Miller for sending me awesome stuff last week! Thank you girl! And also, Tali! You guys are just AWESOME and such generous! I already used some of the stuff!

Anyway, I have this LO, I whipped this like an hour last Sat and I’m pretty happy with it! I finished like 6 LO this weekend. Can you imagine that? My creative juice is flowing while last 2 weeks ago, I don’t even want to see cs2 in my screen! lol

I have a bad headache going on its because of my root canal in my back tooth that is broken into half! Ughh..I get so irritated when DS ask me questions and I don’t like that. I would probably go to my dentist this weekend. I am taking meds though so it will go away like hours and then the headache hits back again and not to mention the toothache..OMG!

Hello,Stranger!

I mean, stranger of my own blog! lol I`m not officially back but I guess, I need a real update! Time flies so quickly isn`t it? And it`s almost half of the month and I don`t want to miss writing some special moments with 2006. So, I better get off with this MIA thingy..hehe

First off, I wanted to thanks the ladies who left messages in my last long post that was dated last November. I am still feeling sad of that friend until now. ewww..I meant, x-friendship..lol I feel that I was just being betrayed and I didn’t knew that until later. But I am fine now and moved. I just hope she is fine too.

{Life in General}

Lat month, I posted here that DH was in Minnesota and wasn’t able to update you with that. He arrived home safely after almost 3 weeks and I missed him so badly, of course! hehe He bought me this cute Coach bag. How sweet. He stayed in the house for another 2 days and as usual, back to work again! Sometimes, I always get jealous of his office mates because they get to see my hubby always..lol Ever felt that way sometimes?

Anyway, just this few weeks ago we were supposed to fly to Chicago for DH’s work again. I was getting antsy of the idea. It would be wonderful to get to states again. And I was thinking of going to visit my Aunts and DH Aunt`s again. Since the holiday season is fast approaching, we could have surprise some of the relatives in there…But I was thinking that we didn`t planned the trip. DH big boss told him 4 days before the trip and I`m sure he will go there for WORK. So much deliberations, DH talked with his big boss to postponed the trip to early January. It was a good thing actually. Being able to spend the holiday here is wonderful since I already planned our Christmas day and it will be just in the house. We could use the day just bonding. You know..We don’t get that much here specially DH is so busy with his work…

And for my taking a break. Yep, after the said postponed trip. I decided that DH was kind enough to postponed the trip so I need to take a break of scrapping too. Like taking my time more of them. I’m sure you all can relate the time we all get to spend in the computer…I tried a lot of sorts on how to balance my time and it’s not helping me. I always break the rule. So, for now. I just have to make sure everything are set for my boys, the house and have a good food in the table before I’ll sit here in my computer chair start scrapping and procrastinating! lol What do you think?

{Scrapping World}

As for my scrapping front, all are well actually. I missed a lot of deadlines for my CT duties but I’ll get it done before this year ends. I am just thankful that the designers I am on are too COOL! Really, they are the best! And I’m such a lucky duck! And also, I got my magazines from Ideabooks4U today! I actually don’t like the Collage{lost and found} If anyone would want to swap,let me know. And also got the Designing with Color and the Designing with Stamping. I was only scanning them yet but both seems pretty good to me! Will definitely check em out this weekend. One more thing, I’ve got some pretty gig this coming new year and I’m excited already But that’s all I can say for now…

{Al’s Arts}

I wanted to share this arts my little man made. I really think, its pretty cool. Which reminds me that I still need to put all the others in a gallery. I think, Flicker will do.

{Wooden Christmas Tree}

I already set up our Chrstimas tree just last weekend. Al had fun as he tried to help me decorate the cute tree. Bought some ornaments in 100Yen store. I was hoping DH got some perfect shots for me to scrap but all of them were soo blurry..lol But will prolly take a good pic of the tree and share it in here next time. I’ve got a Christmas Card that I made last month but I think I will make a new one after seeing all those fantabulous cards in the galleries! lol Anyway, I wanted to share this cute wooden tree I got from 100Yen store. It’s not 100yen, its actually 800yen but I really love it. Soo cute and I love the little things hanging in the tree..Check it out! Isn’t it cute?
